Reincarnation: Believe or Not

Reincarnation has always been a profound concept, soliciting different opinions depending upon the values and norms of a person. When the body dies, our soul moves on to another body and this continues for a million of years of which the soul finally attains liberation as believed by the Hindus. Our existence at present is already a re-embodiment of a past life and when we pass away from this lifetime, we will reincarnate again in another life, be it human or animal life or any other life form. So where does it begin and when does it end? If only the transfer of the soul can be recorded using spy video cameras then it would be easier to believe or not.
