What is Precognition?

Precognition is the awareness of the future through the special ability of seeing things that will happen.
Most reported accounts of extra sensory perception are actually concerning precognition cases. They mainly occur while one is dreaming, when the subconscious mind is in full-working mode. Precognition and premonition are the same in many ways; however they are also different in one major area. The former includes having the knowledge that something is absolutely going to happen in the future, while the latter just a feeling that something might happen.
